Thank you to everyone who came to our very cheap and very cheerful January night. Photos will be up soon.
Sadly February will set you back an extra £1 (if your in by 11). But you’ll still be getting the awesome sounds, the great drinks promotion, glow-sticks plus THIS MONTH ONLY Jon Morter, The man behind the RATM for Xmas number 1 campaign will be doing what he does best on the decks.
So unless you’ve managed to bag yourself Lostphropets tickets you really have no excuses to be anywhere else, do you?

A big thank you goes out to everyone who came down Christmas Eve party. We nearly filled the venue to it’s Max capacity.
Another Big thank you goes to DJ Decibel for his awesome set and brining us into Christmas Day with this year’s Christmas No1 Killing in the Name. On the Rage theme I think we played at least 5 of their best tunes during the night. We hope to see everyone back next year which starts for us on the 22nd January.
Although we were without our usual snapper I did take some photos of the night which can be found on our gallery page.
Thanks again, Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

P.S I’m not sure if there was an official winner on the Jesus v Santa battle, but rather than call it a draw let’s just say Jesus won!

Greetings to the first ever let there Be Rock actual blog! Guaranteed to bring you up to speed on all the latest LTBR happenings
So on a cold and rainy night in November die hard rock fans braved the elements and hotfooted it to Saks Underground, and were not disappointed! They were met with a decidedly less shouty tone than previous months nights, we were back to our best with much more of a mixed bag o tricks musical tone. It was as diverse as AC/DC to ZZ top with a little something for everyone in-between.
Yours truly provided some dance tunes to get everyone shaking their tail feathers! And what had been a fairly strategically planned setlist descended into chaos well the good kind of chaos! I did try to stick faithfully to my chosen theme of the night (yes dear readers I pick a little theme each time!) which was fun! -Gay Bar anyone?
By the end of the night everyone had well and truly embraced the spirit of the rock Gods good thing too as we had fellow DJ CriMson HeAD’s birthday to celebrate. The classic tunes got everyone on their feet for the finale half hour but Rockette of the night has to be the lovely Lisa who had already been grooving all night-no-one could keep up! Stay tuned for next month where we have an awesome Xmas Eve lined up with £2 entry! Making it an ultimate xmas rock celebration….
